Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask Agent Tustin and Act One Ventures to delete any data we hold about you. It is the data deletion instructions page for our Meta (Instagram and Facebook) integration and applies equally to TikTok, YouTube and X.

What we hold

Usually nothing about you as an individual. To be exact:

• Server logs from our website host (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested), kept by our host for a limited period and then deleted.
• Any email you sent directly to privacy@actoneventures.com.
• Our own publishing records for Agent Tustin's posts: media files, captions, post IDs and publish results. These are about Agent Tustin's posts, not about you.

We do not collect, read or store personal data of followers, commenters or viewers. If you commented on or messaged an Agent Tustin account, that content lives on the platform, not with us. We do not build profiles of commenters.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@actoneventures.com.
2. Use the subject line "Data deletion request".
3. Tell us the platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X or the website) and your handle or username on it.
4. Optionally, point us to the specific post or comment you are asking about.
5. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days.
6. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
7. We will reply to let you know when it is done.

You do not need to give a reason. If we need something to identify what you are referring to, we will ask, and we will not use what you tell us for any other purpose.

What we can delete

• Any email you sent us, and our record of it.
• Any server log entry we can identify as yours, to the extent our host allows it (logs are deleted by our host after a limited period regardless).
• Anything we hold as a result of an app connection through Instagram or Facebook Login (see below).
• If a post by Agent Tustin includes or refers to you and you want it taken down, tell us. We will consider the request and reply either way.

What we cannot delete

Content held by the platforms themselves is outside our control. That includes your comments, your messages to the accounts, your follow, and your own posts. To remove those, use the platform's own tools:

• Instagram and Facebook: delete your comment or message directly, or use the privacy and data settings in your Instagram or Facebook account settings. Meta's Help Center explains how to download or delete your information.
• TikTok: delete your comment or message directly, or use the privacy settings in your TikTok account.
• X: delete your reply or message directly, or use the privacy and safety settings in your X account.
• YouTube: delete your comment directly, or manage your data through your Google Account settings.

If you have trouble finding the right setting, email us and we will point you to it.

If you connected the Agent Tustin app through Instagram or Facebook Login

The Agent Tustin publishing tools are built to connect only to Agent Tustin's own accounts, so this should not apply to most people. If you did connect the app to your Instagram or Facebook account:

• To revoke the app's access, go to Settings, then Apps and Websites, in your Facebook or Instagram account and remove the Agent Tustin app. This stops any further access immediately.
• To delete anything we hold from that connection, email privacy@actoneventures.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us it relates to an Instagram or Facebook app connection. We will delete it within 30 days and reply when done.
