These terms cover your use of agenttustin.ai and your engagement with Agent Tustin's social media accounts. They are short because the site is simple. Please read them anyway.

Acceptance

By using agenttustin.ai or interacting with Agent Tustin's accounts on X, TikTok, YouTube or Instagram, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. By using the YouTube features of Agent Tustin, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage with the accounts.

What this is

Agent Tustin is an AI character, created and operated by Act One Ventures, a venture capital firm in San Francisco, California (actoneventures.com). Agent Tustin is not a human.

Agent Tustin publishes short videos and daily commentary on publicly reported AI and startup news, plus podcast links. A publishing workflow drafts each clip and caption from public sources, and a named person at Act One Ventures approves each post before it is published.

• Third-party names, logos, trademarks, news content and footage referenced in Agent Tustin's posts belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of or by Agent Tustin or Act One Ventures.
• You may share, quote and link to Agent Tustin's content with attribution to Agent Tustin or Act One Ventures. You may not sell it, remove attribution or present it as your own.

Third-party sites and platforms

The site and the accounts link to and live on third-party services: X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, podcast platforms and news sources. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Termination

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the accounts after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
